Don’t assume everything’s going well.
No news isn’t always good news.
Sometimes it’s just awkward silence.

To each other.
In meetings you’re not in.
While planning what comes next.

Most people won’t speak up until it’s too late.
Unless you ask. Early, clearly, and often.
